i feel the same ’bout hard candy had to take a break to watch the whole thing. ‘extremities’ was a good vengeance movie along with the obvious deathwish/bronson group of movies. not so much horror as edgy uneasy inducing.

my girlfriend had similar response to chuckie doll. made her husband put it out in the motorhome in the driveway, then still could not sleep knowing he was out there. made him take it back to the store and return it so it could not get her.

Maybe at some point we’ll start releasing more often! We’re trying to focus on quality, and I’m afraid trying to pump out more episodes might diminish that (at least for right now). Marshall & Kat- I had the same experience with the “essence” in the video tape, except mine was with Norman Bates. Psycho 3 was the first of the series that I saw and a single scene in that film scared me so bad I couldn’t even handle the existence of the tape. I got in trouble for recording over it.

And like you, it was a while before I saw the original Psycho and it really did seem like an origin story or a prequel.

Great podcast guys! I just wish it came out more often.

I remember well the legend of Migetland. In fact, in Ridley Park there was a legend of the houses near I-95, but when I moved to Aston there was another Migetland located off Valley Brook Road. I think the later one was just a daycare. We refered to the Cult House as Beaver Valley after the general area. I further remember some people claiming that a black (some said white) Ford Bronco or Explorer with black tinted windows chasing the nosy teenagers away in an evil game of chicken.

I’m a listener! This was one of my favorite episodes yet (though I didn’t enjoy the Faculty). I’m really enjoying them, and should expect that next (Halloween) month’s will be something to behear. Did you mention “Student Bodies”…I couldn’t think of the title until after I listened…
